Our dedicated team is ready to assist you in finding the best options for your trip. Once you share your preferences, we will send you the best offers, including boat availability, costs, and detailed specifications.

Booking Process

Should our offer suit your preferences, we can reserve the yacht for you for five days. Finalize the booking by sending the pre-agreed advance deposit.

Upon receiving your payment and necessary details, you will get a charter party contract approved by the Hellenic Ministry of Merchant Marine.

Chartering Costs

All extra costs will be detailed in our offer and charter party, with no hidden fees!

Sailing Qualifications

Two experienced crew members are required. The skipper must have a proper sailing certificate, while the co-skipper should have some sailing experience.

If you lack qualifications, we can provide one of our experienced skippers.

Security Deposit

From our first email offer, you will be informed about the security deposit required before your embarkation and during the check-in of your yacht. The amount varies according to the size and type of the yacht. The deposit ensures that you are responsible only for that amount of money for any loss or damage that may occur during your charter.

Every yacht is insured against any damage that exceeds the deposit amount.

We now offer two ways to get through your security deposit :

OPTION A : Independent Deposit Insurance

You have the option to secure full coverage for your security deposit by purchasing insurance from an independent insurance company. The insurance must be completed before your arrival. You can insure your deposit through Yachtpool, Hamburg or any other insurance company. The refundable amount based on yacht’s specification is normally withheld on spot.

OPTION B: Damage Waiver (On-Arrival Option)

If you arrive without independent insurance, the only available option is to purchase a Damage Waiver through YachtPool, which includes

A non-refundable fee (calculated based on the yacht’s specifications)
A refundable deposit that is held in case of damage. You retain the option to insure the refundable portion on the spot.

If all the terms of the Charter Party are met, your refundable deposit will be returned to you immediately after the end of your charter.

We accept VISA, MasterCard & Diners. Personal checks AMEX and Debit cards cannot be accepted.
