In the Saronic Gulf our base is located at Nea Peramos Marina and is easily accessible by car via the Athens-Thessaloniki highway, or via air through Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos.

The Saronic Gulf is one of the most accessible sailing regions in Greece, offering short passages, protected waters, and charming island towns like Hydra, Spetses, Poros and Aegina.
The route is ideal for both relaxed cruising and discovering authentic Greek island life.
Nea Peramos to Nea Epidaurus (24 N.M)
Your sailing adventure begins from our base in Nea Peramos, located on the western side of the Saronic Gulf. This strategic location provides direct and easy access to the Saronic islands, allowing you to start your sailing journey immediately in the Saronics.
After leaving the marina, you sail south along the Peloponnese coastline toward Nea Epidaurus, a peaceful seaside village known for its authentic Greek atmosphere and proximity to the famous Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus.
The sail is comfortable and scenic, making it an ideal first day to settle into the rhythm of life at sea. Once you arrive, you can moor in the small harbor and explore the charming waterfront tavernas serving fresh seafood.
If time allows, a short taxi ride takes you to the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, one of the best-preserved classical theaters in Greece. On most Saturdays, theatrical performances take place here, giving you the opportunity to experience Greek drama in one of the most historic theatres in the world.

Nea Epidaurus to Ermioni (40 N.M)
Today you sail deeper into the Argolic Gulf toward the beautiful town of Ermioni, one of the hidden gems of the Peloponnese sailing routes.
The sail offers stunning views of the Peloponnesian coastline and several small coves where you can stop for a swim in crystal-clear waters. Ermioni sits on a small peninsula surrounded by pine trees and offers a relaxed island-like atmosphere despite being on the mainland.
In the evening, enjoy a walk along the harbor promenade lined with traditional tavernas and cafés.

Ermioni to Hydra (10.5 N.M)
A short and scenic sail brings you to Hydra, one of the most iconic islands in the Saronic Gulf. Hydra is famous for its preserved architecture, stone mansions, and complete absence of cars. The sort distance allows you to sail to Hydra early to secure a spot in the port.
The picturesque amphitheatrical harbor is one of the most photographed in Greece, filled with sailing yachts and historic buildings.
Spend the afternoon exploring narrow cobblestone streets, art galleries, and boutique shops before enjoying dinner overlooking the harbor.

Hydra to Spetses (15.5 N.M)
Today you sail across the strait toward Spetses, an elegant island famous for its maritime history and neoclassical mansions.
You may stop for a swim near the small island of Dokos or in one of the secluded bays along the way. As you approach Spetses, the island’s pine-covered hills and traditional architecture create a beautiful arrival.
Spetses offers a lively atmosphere with waterfront restaurants, bars, and a charming old harbor full of classic wooden boats.

Spetses to Poros (27 N.M)
After leaving Spetses, you sail north toward the lush island of Poros, passing along the Peloponnese coastline.
Poros is one of the most popular sailing stops in the Saronic Gulf thanks to its lively harbor, picturesque houses climbing the hillside, and relaxed island atmosphere.
The entrance to Poros harbor is particularly beautiful, with the famous clock tower overlooking the bay. Spend the evening walking along the promenade filled with tavernas, cafés, and small shops.

Poros to Aegina (15.5 N.M)
Today you sail north toward Aegina, one of the most historic islands in the Saronic Gulf.
Aegina was the first capital of modern Greece and is famous for its pistachios, neoclassical buildings, and ancient temples.
Once moored in the lively harbor, explore the charming streets, visit the Temple of Aphaia, or relax in one of the many seaside cafés.

On your final day, you sail back across the Saronic Gulf toward Nea Peramos, completing your one-week sailing adventure.
Depending on the weather conditions, you may stop for a final swim along the coast before returning the yacht to the marina. This relaxing final leg is the perfect way to reflect on a week filled with beautiful harbors, historic islands, and unforgettable sailing moments.
